European Central Bank's governing council member Mario Centeno noted on Monday that a number of factors point to an increase in inflationary pressures, adding that the supply side is responsible for a large portion of the current inflation.
The official latest developments in the European banking sector give the ECB's policymakers confidence in the decisions they have made.
Also, Centeno noted that the issue is not so much the level of interest rates as it is the rate at which they are rising.
