Company news: Amgen (AMGN) quarterly earnings beat analysts’ expectations

Amgen (AMGN) reported Q2 FY2022 earnings of $4.65 per share (versus $4.38 per share in Q2 FY2021), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $4.33 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $6.594 bln (+1.0% y/y), being roughly in line with analysts’ consensus estimate of $6.526 bln.

The company also issued in-line guidance for the full FY2022, seeing EPS of $17.00-18.00 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $17.40 and revenues of $25.5-26.4 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $26.22 bln.

AMGN closed Thursday's trading session at $246.98 (-0.06%).
