The European Central Bank's (ECB) Governing Council member Klaas Knot said Wednesday that the ECB is focused on interest rates for now.
He also noted that he does not expect the ECB to begin any discussion on balance sheet reduction at least for the remainder of this year and into next year. The Bank will have a large balance sheet for some time to come, he added.
