Oracle (ORCL) reported Q3 FY2025 earnings of $1.47 per share (versus $1.41 per share in Q3 FY2024), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.49 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $14.130 bln (+6.4% y/y), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $14.384 bln.
The company issued downside EPS guidance for Q4 FY2025 of $1.61-1.65 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.79. Oracle also said it sees Q4 FY2025 revenues growing 8-10% y/y in USD terms (or 9-11% y/y in constant currencies), which could be computed as $15.43-15.72 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $15.91 bln.
In addition, the company announced a 25% increase to its quarterly dividend to $0.50/share.
ORCL fell to $147.00 (-1.20%) in pre-market trading.
