Company news: Li Auto (LI) quarterly results solidly beat analysts’ forecasts
Li Auto (LI) reported Q4 FY2023 earnings of RMB4.23 per share (versus RMB0.93 per share in Q4 FY2022), strongly beating analysts’ consensus estimate of RMB1.58 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to RMB41.732 bln (+136.4% y/y), strongly beating analysts’ consensus estimate of RMB39.555 bln.
However, the company issued downside guidance for Q1 FY2024, seeing revenues of RMB31.25-32.19 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of RMB33.91 bln. Li Auto also said it expects deliveries of vehicles to be between 100,000 and 103,000 in Q1 FY2024, representing an increase of 90.2-95.9% y/y.
LI rose to $38.25 (+9.91%) in pre-market trading.
