EIA's report shows an increase of 82 bcf in U.S. weekly natural gas inventories

The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced Thursday that natural gas inventories rose by 82 billion cubic feet (bcf) in the week ended June 24.

Economists had predicted a build of 74 bcf.

The previous week saw an advance of 74 bcf.
