Company news: DuPont (DD) quarterly earnings beat analysts’ forecasts

DuPont (DD) reported Q4 FY2022 earnings of $0.89 per share (versus $1.08 per share in Q4 FY2021), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.78 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $3.100 bln (-27.9% y/y), roughly with analysts’ consensus estimate of $3.087 bln.

The company also issued downside guidance for Q1 FY2023, seeing EPS of ~$0.80 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.87 and revenues of ~$2.900 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $3.09 bln.

For the full FY 2023, DuPont sees EPS of $3.50-$4.00 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $3.87 and revenues of $12.3-$12.9 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $12.84 bln.

DD fell to $71.00 (-1.88%) in pre-market trading.
