Company news: eBay’s (EBAY) quarterly results beat analysts’ forecasts

eBay (EBAY) reported Q4 FY2024 earnings of $1.25 per share (versus $1.07 per share in Q4 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.20 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $2.579 bln (+0.7% y/y), marginally beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.572 bln.

The company also predicted Q1 FY2025 EPS of $1.32-1.36 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.33 and Q1 FY2025 revenues of $2.52-2.56 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.59 bln.

EBAY fell to $63.67 (-7.91%) in pre-market trading.
