ON Semiconductor (ON) reported Q4 FY2022 earnings of $1.32 per share (versus $1.09 per share in Q4 FY2021), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.26 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $2.104 bln (+13.9% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.079 bln.
The company also issued downside guidance for Q1 FY 2023, seeing EPS of $1.02-1.14 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.14 and revenues of $1.87-1.97 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.00 bln.
ON fell to $77.98 (-3.60%) in pre-market trading.
