Company news: ON Semiconductor’s (ON) quarterly results miss analysts’ estimates

ON Semiconductor (ON) reported Q4 FY2024 earnings of $0.95 per share (versus $1.25 per share in Q4 FY2023), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.97 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $1.723 bln (-14.6% y/y), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.758 bln.

The company also issued downside guidance for Q1 FY2025, seeing EPS of $0.45-0.55 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.89 and revenues of $1.35-1.45 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.69 bln.

ON fell to $48.50 (-5.37%) in pre-market trading.
