Statistics Lithuania reported on Tuesday the country's consumer price
index (CPI) was flat m-o-m in April, following a 0.5 percent m-o-m advance in
March.
Meanwhile, the annual CPI increased 14.5 percent in April, decelerating
from a 16.6 percent surge in the previous month. That was the lowest reading
since February 2022 (+14.2 percent).
According to the report, utility costs (+27.3 percent) recorded the largest
y-o-y rise in April, followed by prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages
(+21.9 percent y-o-y).
