Advanced Micro (AMD) reported Q1 FY2023 earnings of $0.60 per share (versus $0.56 per share in Q1 FY2022), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.13 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $5.353 bln (-9.1% y/y), roughly in line with analysts’ consensus estimate of $5.308 bln.
The company also issued in-line Q2 FY2023 revenues guidance of $5.0-5.6 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $5.51 bln.
AMD fell to $83.40 (-7.24%) in pre-market trading.
