Oracle (ORCL) reported Q3 FY2023 earnings of $1.22 per share (versus $1.13 per share in Q3 FY2022), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.20 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $12.400 bln (+17.9% y/y), roughly in line with analysts’ consensus estimate of $12.425 bln.
The company also issued guidance for Q4 FY2023, seeing EPS of $1.56-1.60 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.46 and revenues growing +15-17% y/y, which could be computed as $13.62-13.85 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $13.75 bln.
In addition, Oracle announced a 25% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.40/share.
ORCL fell to $83.00 (-4.45%) in pre-market trading.
