Company news: Amazon (AMZN) quarterly revenues beat analysts’ forecasts
Amazon (AMZN) reported Q4 FY2022 earnings of $0.03 per share (versus $27.75 per share in Q4 FY2021), which may not be comparable to analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.17 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $149.204 bln (+8.6% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $145.723 bln.
The company also issued in-line guidance for Q1 FY2023, seeing revenues of $121-126 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $125.13 bln.
AMZN fell to $107.88 (-4.45%) in pre-market trading.
