Key events for next week: USA and Canada trade balance, eurozone and Japan GDP, ECB rate decision, US CPI, Canada unemployment rate

On Monday, at 00:30 GMT, Australia will present the ANZ vacancy index for February. At 07:00 GMT, Germany will announce a change in the factory orders and retail sales for January. Also at 07:00 GMT, Britain will release the Halifax house price index for February. At 08:00 GMT, Switzerland will announce a change in the volume of reserves in foreign currency for February. At 20:00 GMT, the United States will announce a change in the volume of consumer lending for January. At 23:30 GMT, Japan will announce a change in the level of wages and household spending in January. At 23:50 GMT, Japan will report a change in the current account balance for January.

On Tuesday, at 00:30 GMT, Australia will release the NAB business confidence index for February. At 06:45 GMT, Switzerland will announce a change in the unemployment rate for February. At 07:00 GMT, Germany will report changes in industrial production for January. At 10:00 GMT, the eurozone will announce changes in GDP and employment levels for the 4th quarter. At 13:30 GMT, Canada and the United States will report a change in the foreign trade balance for January. At 23:50 GMT, Japan will announce a change in the volume of GDP for the 4th quarter.

On Wednesday, at 01:30 GMT, China will release the producer price index and the consumer price index for February. At 06:30 GMT, France will report a change in the non-farm payrolls for the 4th quarter. At 15:00 GMT, the United States will announce a change in the level of vacancies and labor turnover for January. At 15:30 GMT, the United States will announce a change in oil reserves according to the Ministry of Energy.

On Thursday, at 00:00 GMT, Australia will announce a change in expectations for consumer price inflation from MI for March. At 12:45 GMT,  in the eurozone, the ECB's interest rate decision will be published, and at 13:30 GMT the ECB's press conference will be held. Also at 13:30 GMT, the United States will announce a change in the number of initial applications for unemployment benefits and publish the consumer price index for February. At 21:30 GMT, New Zealand will present the index of business activity in the manufacturing sector from Business NZ for February.

On Friday, at 03:00 GMT, China will report a change in the trade balance for February. At 07:00 GMT, Britain will announce changes in the volume of GDP, industrial production, manufacturing production and the balance of visible trade for January. At 13:00 GMT, Britain will publish the NIESR GDP Estimate for February. At 13:30 GMT, Canada will announce changes in the unemployment rate and the number of people employed in February. At 15:00 GMT, the US will release the Reuters/Michigan consumer sentiment index for February. At 18:00 GMT, in the United States, the Baker Hughes report on the number of active oil drilling rigs will be released.
