China's Finance Ministry stated on Monday it would roll out fiscal policies proactively to stabilize the country's economic growth in 2022.
According to the ministry's statement, fiscal expenditures would be kept up to underpinned growth. In addition, it pledged that the country's central government would step up transfers to local governments to support necessary spending.
China's Finance Ministry also said that the overall social stability would be maintained ahead of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party, which is to be held in the second half of 2022.
