Oracle (ORCL) reported Q2 FY 2022 earnings of $1.21 per share (versus $1.06 per share in Q2 FY 2021), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.11 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $10.360 bln (+5.7% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $10.209 bln.
Also, Oracle issued guidance for Q3 FY 2022, seeing EPS of $1.14-1.18 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.16 and revenues of +3-5% y/y, which equates to $10.39-10.59 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $10.55 bln.
ORCL rose to $99.00 (+11.52%) in pre-market trading.
