According to the report from Eurostat, in September, production in the construction sector of the eurozone increased by 0.9% (seasonally adjusted) compared to the previous month. In August, production in construction recorded a decrease of 1.4%.
Meanwhile, in annual terms, production in construction increased by 1.5% after falling by 2.6% in August (revised from -1.6%).
The data showed that compared to August, civil construction increased by 2.6%, and the construction of buildings - by 0.9%. In addition, compared to September 2020, civil construction increased by 1.8%, and the construction of buildings - by 1.5%.
